HIIT & Strength Conditioning

Been coaching for 8 years now. Started in boxing gyms back in Toronto before moving west. I don't do fluff - if you show up, I'll make sure you leave better than you came in.


Certifications: NSCA-CPT, CrossFit Level 2, Precision Nutrition

Specialty: High-intensity interval training, metabolic conditioning, and making people question their life choices (in a good way)

Fun fact: Competed in amateur boxing for 6 years. Still got the scar above my left eyebrow to prove it.

Olympic Weightlifting Specialist

Former competitive lifter who's snatched 95kg at 63kg bodyweight. Now I'm more into helping folks find that sweet spot between technical precision and raw power. It's a beautiful thing.


Certifications: USAW Level 2, CSCS, FMS Level 2

Specialty: Olympic weightlifting technique, strength programming, mobility work for lifters

Fun fact: Competed at nationals twice. These days I'm happier watching my athletes hit PRs than chasing my own.
